Consumer Narrative
I created a XXXX and XXXX account with Marcus by Goldman Sachs in XXXX XXXX. My account has been locked after I attempted to make an outbound transfer. I called around 10 times through recent months and did a notary service to validate my identity per their request but they are still not able to unlock my account. Every time I called them, they just kept saying some one was working on reviewing my account and let me call back in another couple of business days. Now i just want to get my money back. Please help. Thank you!
