Consumer Narrative
I have had to go into bank of America 3 times to verify and they still froze my account and canceled my card. I had to wait 7 days for the new card and I was able to use it 1 time then they froze it again. Even though I responded to the text message verified it was me and received a text message saying my card was good to go again it still won't work. They are going to make me come in and verify again and probably order a new card. There is no reason for this I'm not doing anything suspicious. They just want to keep my money from me. I'm homeless and had a place to rent set up. They canceled my card and I lost the place. Someone else rented it and I'm still on the streets freezing, wet and hungry.
