This debt was originally a XXXX store card from back in XXXX. Portfolio Recovery Associates, told me they purchased the debt in XX/XX/XXXX. At that time I have made payments over the years in an attempt to try to pay off the debt because 90 % of the debt did not come from purchases but interest on late fees. I told them at the time I called them for a resolution I was on a low fixed income and I could send {$25.00} per month and I have consistently too over the years. This debt is over XXXX XXXX XXXX and should not be on my credit report and account should be closed. It is now XXXX and I'm still being asked to paying this off for something that should be closed.
