So, I received an email of the loan decision through XXXX XXXX being denied due to mutiple reasons. I sent an email stating the which was the first red flag indicator for me. I wont apply for a loan because I know I will get denied so I dont see the point. I called post lake lending. First got told the application was approved and I stopped the lady and said it was denied. Then asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor then try to assure me that the application was in fact withdrawn and would not be endorsed and then I explained. How are they going to send me a denial letter but still were going to endorse a check to a bank and I wouldnt even know where its going! I asked what the routing and account number they had to send it because obviously its one that is under my name which is worrisome. Being I have no knowledge of this account and if it is my own personal banking account I have a right to know because that means I am going to have to call my bank and report fraud and such with them and they told me they couldnt give me this information that if I provide the banking information they can tell me if I am wrong or right! If its my application and my banking information how are they going to deny me from knowing what was used to fraudulently place an application in my name. Then I told them i would be reporting this to FTC. So here I am
