In XXXX I began disputing items in my credit report through experian website. XXXX XXXX reviving correspondence from Portfolio Recovery about an alleged debt owed. I was sent a page threatening litigation for debt unpaid. There was some sort of cupn for an unknown balance. I disputed it by certified mail according to my consumer rights Pursuant to 15 usc 1692g Sec. 809 ( 8 ) ( fdcpa ) Was sent an account statement and proof of the charged off debt being Sold to Portfolio recovery By XXXXXXXX XXXX Signature page was Not included. I personally have Not validated this debt. In XXXX Portfolio recovery sent to me via certified mail a complaint of alleged debt owed in my jurisdiction. I answered the complaint to their attorney And to the Debt collected disputed it again in XXXX, was sent correspondence that they had no further obligation to me and that their investigation was complete. Portfolio recovery has called me Monday through Friday for over a month. They never stopped reporting the debt even after I certified that it was fraudulent. They never produced a signature page and I have reason to believe they have willfully violated my rights as a consumer by not conducting a through investigation and assuming the validity of an actively disputed account. As of XX/XX/year> I have sent them by certified mail proof of identities theft ( XXXX breach affirmation ), I am initiating a claim with the XXXX about their harmful policies according to the CRA XXXX. I have requested that they cease all phone contact. As of today there are still reporting and this continues to harm me. I have spent over {$300.00} attempting to reclaim my identity with the CRAs and have lost in the past year many opportunities for extension of credit in my name. Partially due to portfolio recovery services bad policies, practices and willful non compliance with FCRA guidelines. I believe remedy is owed to me from the liable party Portfolio Recovery services
