This morning, XX/XX/2024, I was at the First Bank branch XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXXl, CO XXXX I spoke with XXXX XXXX because I am having problems with the XXXX application. I registered my email with XXXX ( XXXX ), for testing purposes I received a deposit of XXXX {$5.00}, which arrived without problems, I was unable to receive MY WEEKLY PAYMENT of just over XXXX {$300.00}. I received a message from the payer confirming payment via XXXX, but the amount did not go into my account but went out of the account of the person who made the payment. XXXX XXXX couldn't explain, she just said that nothing appears, she also called the bank 's online service and also said that she couldn't do anything because the money would be IN LIMBO, that I should get proof that the money was sent, but I I received a message that the transfer was made in the registration email ( XXXX ). The bank is washing its hands of the matter, the payment no longer has the money in the account and neither do I. I ask for a solution to the case, I have on file the conversations with the payer that prove the above fact.
