I really dont know what this is. It was continental finance company a MasterCard from the XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX management company is the person calling at XXXX XXXX XXXX is the partner at XXXX. I dont know what the account number is I do have my name, social and date of birth. I believe this is an old collection, or it was part of my bankruptcy. The lady says theyre filing a civil lawsuit against me and they keep repeatedly calling, they call me they call my husband they call my kids who are XXXX and XXXX. I dont know what this is and if theyre going to civilly sue me they should submit some information to me if its a debt over 10 years old I dont know why theyre still reaching out, or if it was part of the bankruptcy
