Consumer Narrative
I had closed this account in 2019 the account is showing open after I had closed it in XXXX, 2019 and this company changed the dates and filed a lawsuit against me without my knowledge. They inflated the amount after the account was paid in full and tripled the amount from {$0.00} to {$3400.00}. I did not know that they filed a judgement against me and is still reporting to the credit companies that the account is open.
