I purchased merchandise from a company named XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and took a line of credit with Sezzle inc . I have contacted XXXX starting XX/XX/XXXX numerous times by email requesting to return the merchandise because what was sent to me was not what I requested in length, depth or quality. I received an automated response from XXXX stating I would receive a response within 48 hours. I have not received a response from XXXX as of today XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted to company Sezzle inc. who is the company that has financed the merchandise by paying every 2 weeks and filed numerous complaints and contacted their customer service at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to which I was told I needed to file yet another complaint online thru their website which I did. I called Sezzle inc. and verified the complaint was filed this time. Response from Sezzle inc. was automated that I should review the return policy. XXXX has changed their email addresses since I started this process in early XX/XX/XXXX. I have now forwarded my original email to the new address. I have not received any type of response from XXXX or Sezzle inc . I am still here being charged for merchandise I do not want when I have tried resolving this matter with both companies.
