This is absolutely the worst online buying experience that I have had in my entire life. I purchased a coffee table ( XXXX 2023 ) for {$780.00} and it was damaged so the company, XXXX sent me a second table at no charge. That second table also arrived damaged ( XXXX XXXX, 2023 ) and the company did not initially respond to my emails so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Finally, the company told me that they would refund my money and that I didn't need to return the item, but they could only do it if I withdrew the credit card dispute. However, they waited for me to withdraw the dispute then they told me that they " accepted '' the dispute and sent the funds back to my bank. My bank ( Chase ) has confirmed that they have not received the funds and now I am still owed the money. Chase also says that I am not eligable for a dispute, which makes no sense. The company tricked me into withdrawing my dispute and now refuses to help me ( please see attached email correspondence ). This is a final attempt to collect before I file the case with small claims court. I hope that you can resolve this.
