Contacted by the company debt collections multiple times. Each time I ask for a way to setup a payment plan or for them to work with my debt management company to help to get on a payment schedule or to send it to outside collections so I can work with someone and they refuse. I was told that they only provide payment plans or hardship assistance to open accounts because the account it closed I am unable to get any sort of hardship assistance program that they have within their organization. By not allowing me access to their internal hardship programs, not working with my debt management organization to create a debt management plan, and not send it to an outside agency for collections they are continuing to just take XXXX XXXX interested each month and pile it on knowing I can not pay it. Its unfair to force someone who is now on XXXX to end up with bad credit because they refuse to work with their own customer and instead gouge them charging interest on interest while they are unable to pay.
