Mars inc- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX OK XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ks I moved out XX/XX/XXXX I have email after email where I tried to alert of move out and uploading proof The above did not send me ANY statement until XXXX claiming damage then claimed I didnt move out and continues to change the statements which is fraud the Mars inc that was hired by XXXX XXXX XXXX ample evidence that XXXX XXXX XXXX company did not follow Kansas legislation and can not just change statements to there liking and furthermore the claim is moot due to Kansas legislation that states they have 14 but no more then 30 days from date of move out to give refund or itemized statement they did nothing until XXXX and actually owe me. Even with the proof sent to mars they refuse to take this off my credit report or give me my monies back they actually owe me ( XXXX ). XXXX village continue to disregard laws or even pay taxes and someone has to stop this.when they took ownership they gave no one any information ie new phone new email And doors remained lock also have video and fb posts of others who were unable to contact them they stated they would honor my request that started weeks before XX/XX/XXXX.
