I have some court issues, and the DA requested records release from Chase, they call it a XXXX. This put holds on my accounts and my childrens accounts in the amount of XXXX. I have spent hours dealing with this, and all they say is the conty court ordered this. Both the DA and the judge said they did not. I have my lawyer trying to get my {$3300.00} and my sons {$2700.00} release and his account closed. My lawyer states the have no authiroty to hold my funds unless I owe them money, which I do not. They refuse to release these accounts. My son and daughters accounts should not be affected
