Consumer Narrative
A year ago, I submitted a request to remove my ex husband from my checking account, and he was not removed. Earlier this week, without my consent my XXXX XXXX closed my account. I have had this account for XXXX years, before I was married ; and I dont understand why the bank didnt give me prior notification that this was happening. Now my deposits are frozen, all of my accounts that are paid from this account have to be rerouted to a different account, and I have no banking source.
