A company named XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX has served me and is suing me for a debt they bought from BOA that is XXXX XXXX XXXX and what I believe is identity theft as I do not recognize the debt. Someone made a mystery payment in XXXX of XXXX so that they can reopen the case. This appears to be a gross violation of my FDCPA rights as I read them. This company appears to be the ambulance chasers of debt collection. I have found several complaints from the XXXX and several lawsuits related to shady collection practices. If my only option is to go to court I will, but I would like to sue them for violation of the FDCPA.
