I filled out an application for the REPAYE program on XX/XX/2023. My application when into Administrative Forbearance. Then in XXXX my payments restarted at {$410.00} when my payment was only supposed to be {$100.00}. After calling I discovered that because I didn't pay {$5.00} I am now out {$300.00}. The form I filled out says " I request '' a reduced payment of {$5.00}. I never received a bill and have always been in autopay so I did not pay the {$5.00}. Subsequently my application did not go through and now I have to apply again. Mohela essentially stole {$300.00} from me.
