Requested my mortgage be put back on my credit report via email on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and received a response from XXXX in Customer Relations that my account information was forwarded for review. No further action taken. Called XXXX got voice mail and left a message with ticket # XXXX. Called them XXXX and was told they had the ticket and someone was working it. No date of when it would be added back on credit report. Called them XXXX and requested the ticket and it was placed. Ticket # XXXX. Called them XXXX and asked them to add to credit reports. Just given excuses. If the payment was late, they would report it. They took my XXXX Payment and I have my XXXX Mortgage Statement. Please get them to put it on my credit report because not having it there is detrimental to my credit score!
