XX/XX/XXXX I instructed Bank of America to pay my credit card company, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, {$26.00}. Bank of America failed to do so in a timely manner. I was forced to pay {$61.00} to the credit card company directly due to Bank of America 's negligence. I have been a customer of BofA since XXXX with the same cell the Fraud Department calls with suspicious activity. There is no reason why I can not be reach by this department. They have failed to respond to me via cell and email.
