I have requested proof of any documents that support the accounts that they are reporting on my reporting with my signature on it. They are still not cooperating.I have no other choice than to take legal actions against them which means a judge will request the documents. They're in violation of FCRA 15 USC 1681g. I NEED ALL DOCUMENTS WITH MY SIGNATURE AND ANYTHING THAT REFLECTS MY CURRENT ADDRESS AND SSN. I already send them a copy of my SSN CARD AND PROOF OF ADDRESS. Then they wrote me saying they still need the documents which they already have.
