XX/XX/XXXX. Purchased 2 {$100.00} visa gift cards at XXXX. Did not work. Had to call number on back of card. See attached document that details the problems trying to get the cards replaced. I was finally able to get cards replaced on XX/XX/XXXX but they double charged me for the activation fee.
