I took out this loan in 2021 for XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX and Universal Servicing acquired the debt from them for {$10000.00}. XXXX for XXXX and XXXX for travel. They are reporting the initial debt was {$12000.00} and I have emails from XXXX XXXX detailing the payments. I dont know where they got {$12000.00} from. I have never been late nor have missed a payment and I want the original balance to be updated to reflect the correct amount which will in turn lower the correct amount owed.
