XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card ( Synchrony Bank ) has explained my mysterious random debt to them as a Transfer balance. When I ask to see any type of explanation of this charge they tell me about my purchases made previously and purchases paid off previously, of OTHER dollar amounts than the charge they are claiming I made. Their explanation makes no sense and this company continues to violate my rights listed in the Fair Credit and Billing Act. This type of behavior is unacceptable from credit card companies. This card/account does not include transfer balance and I do not do that type of transaction. I have audio recordings with their agents speaking about this and Im tired of the random meritless claims. Please fix the account, as Ive been asking for months and months.
