I have been paying my mortgage the same way with the same account number for years. In XXXX, just before XXXX I received an email from my bank stating that Primary Residential Mortgage returned my payment due to " no account ''. I immediately called the bank and PRMI twice. On the second call to PRMI, they informed me that they must have been updating the computers and to just manually send in a payment and it should be fine moving forward. I have since received several emails stating my checks have been returned. I have called PRMI multiple times with no resolution. The last representative I spoke to told me that me being upset was uncalled for, I was beside myself. This could be devastating to my credit history! I asked to speak to her superior and after a hold she returned to say someone was going to call me back, that never happened. I reached back out to my bank and a rep XXXX offered to do a XXXX call with PRMI and we have tried XXXX separate times on different days to complete a call yet nobody answers the phone now. I am in a desperate situation because my own mortgage company is not able to tell me why all of the sudden I do not have an account yet my mortgage has not been sold.
