on XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about a debt owed in my name. I asked for basic information such as their name and address, my original loan information and all of the associated with it such as what was owed. They tried to work out a payment system and then asked for my debit card information and when that happened I asked for the basic information that they are supposed to provide. Then they started getting rude and telling me I was gon na have all of my assets taken and I would be taken to court and sued. They wouldn't give me any information that I needed to verify the loan unless I gave them some sort of payment information. I only have one car to my name that's worth {$500.00}. They are threatening me that they will take it and sue me in court.
