Our account has been compromised at CITI BANK for unauthorized wire transfer for {$20000.00} ( same day on XX/XX/XXXX ) i reported over the phone and not satisfied and went to our branch to complain they freezes all my accounts and till today no result as XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Every time i asked the Branch Manger she has no answer and my business is having issue. I am not satisfied with the bank treatment of not taking care of r this issue.
