Consumer Narrative

Hello I am disturbed by the fact that JCPenny did not tell me that the interest rate was over 31 %. This is an out right robbery and, although I tried to absorb the amount onto another credit card with a no interest or lower interest rate I was not allowed to do so. Finding out today XX/XX/XXXX about this is very upsetting to me.The person I spoke with stated it was according to the FTC. I did not agree. I hope this can assist me in having this company lower the interest rate. Thank you
