In XXXX I received a letter stating that a dispute was filed on my behalf and that I would be receiving XXXX. XXXX then when I called to check the status of funds they told me i was not able to get verified over the phone. So I called everyday up until XX/XX/ I called and finally got threw to the right person and they were able to verify me by asking me multiple questions and they said they would expire the check so I would receive it in 10 days I call back today and now they are saying they can't verify me again and will not speak to me .I have been trying to get my money for months now. They have sent me payments in early XXXX and there's was no issue then. I was sent a compensation check for financial harm and there was not an issue then either that was in XXXX. Now there is another issue. I can't take much more of this I am losing my home because of this. My kids didn't have a XXXX because they do not document or communicate correctly
