XXXX contracted with XXXX XXXX to handle financing but in XX/XX/XXXX they switched over to LendingPoint. I have a current account with XXXX XXXX that was transferred to LendingPoint. Supposedly an email was sent by XXXX and a letter was mailed. We received neither one. I finally received a phone call 89 days after the payment was late. It was previously an autodraft. I requested an email so I could login and make a payment. Their website shows I'm behind {$2900.00} in one screen but my monthly payments are only {$180.00} and only 3 months missed. Another screen has my interest rate wrong, another screen shows the payment as {$180.00} and another screen shows the three payments, {$180.00} for XX/XX/XXXX, {$200.00} for XX/XX/XXXX and {$19000.00} for XX/XX/XXXX. Also, it shows my interest rate of 9.24 % and my interest rate is 4.99 %. I'm now being told their website is down, even though I can login, setup autodraft, and see account information. At one time on the phone, I'm told I can't pay online and then when I refused to give credit card information to a person on the phone, then all of the sudden I could pay online. When I requested paper statement, I'm also being told that they are paperless and can not provide this information. It's very deceptive that I can not get a monthly statement mailed or view a correct one online. Also, getting conflicting information from the same person on the same phone call, is very deceptive.
