Repeated calls, initiated first by me to request evidence of debt, and after investigating all entities related and with whom I have a business/contractual/legal/financial relationship, and after obtaining verification of no such debt that these parties acknowledged, but the contrary, have been made. I received the third this morning ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX ). I have warned this company that I will pursue criminal accusations/filings if any such calls are further received, at least twice -- maybe three times. I investigated immediately after receiving a mailing. This was several weeks ago -- early XXXX, XXXX? I believe this to be a roughly accurate date by recollection. I did not expect further calls -- I warned this operation in no uncertain terms in each phone dialogue. I was stiff-armed. I have important business to attend to, and these disturbances are more than unwelcome. I request that this operation, once again, cease and desist if they can not provide formal evidence of a debt. So far it has not done so, despite my requests on the phone. I believe this to be at the least, thoroughly incompetent. But it is more than this -- I will claim it is standard, and now common, fraudulent practice in hopes of being paid a debt not owed. I do not care what the internal causes and malpractice entail. I will pursue criminal charges at state and federal levels, and further back these with formal evidence if the authorities choose to pursue this matter/case.
