On XX/XX/2023, I mailed a letter to Citibank exercising my rights as a consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and also pursuant to 16 CFR 313.7 ( f ). In this letter I requested to opt out of any and all authorizations I may have provided to Citi, whether verbal, nonverbal, written, nonwritten or implied. I asked that a letter of acknowledgment be mailed to me and have not received any response from the company. Furthermore, Citi is still reporting my personal information to the CRAs after receiving written withdrawal of my authorization to do so. A copy of the letter mailed to Citi is attached.
