SPS agents have posted my monthly payments incorrectly, hurting my credit score. My score went down XXXX points on XX/XX/XXXX due to SPS reporting my account as being XXXX days late. I have never been late on my principal and interest payments with SPS. I'm afraid I have to disagree with the monthly estimated escrow assessment performed in XX/XX/2023.
