Consumer Narrative
I have attempted to make two different payments on my student loans. One on XX/XX/2023 for the value of {$6000.00} and the payment was reversed after a week. It was originally posted to the account and then returned. The same thing happened on XX/XX/2023 when I attempted to make another payment on my loans for the value of {$13000.00}. My account number and routing number of my bank is correct. My loan servicer is Aidvantage. I sent them a request to fix the problem but I have not heard back.
