This was a payment supposedly done in XX/XX/2023 when my Synchrony Bank Account was on a Natural Disaster Deferment. In other words, no payment was retired. Therefore, I did not schedule a payment for the month of XX/XX/2023. My bank, XXXX XXXX does not have a record of such a payment even being presented from Synchrony Bank for {$30.00}, during the month of XXXX. The last payment my bank has was made and cleared my account on XX/XX/2023, for {$7.00}. Because of the supposed {$30.00} payment being returned, Synchrony Closed my XXXX XXXX XXXX Account. Once again, I did not make the payment of {$30.00} in the month of XXXX, nor did I authorize anyone to make a payment on my behalf.
