I am trying to get the money in my account transferred to another account. I don't know the password because my estranged husband won't tell me what it is. The people at the bank don't speak or understand enough XXXX to help me take care of this. I am ill and desperately need this money moved to my new bank so I can pay rent, buy food, etc. I've been trying to get this done for at least a month, but no luck. Aren't they required to hire people who speak or understand XXXX? I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and, as I said, ill. Aren't banks required to hire people so can communicate with their customers? I consider this exploitation or maybe even elder abuse!
