Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX was atrocious the lack of respect for those battling invisible XXXX like myself was monstrous. Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with two different XXXX My church called Omni and made an agreement to pay. Due to me being in an emergency crises it was communicated XXXX XXXX had to pay by XX/XX/XXXX or my car would be transferred to an auction location closer, so I could get my stuff. I spoke with XXXX which an after hours operator at XXXX am on the XXXX or XXXX due to desiring to get my car. I spoke with a plethora of people. However, at XXXX XXXX a supervisor called me and expressed he couldnt bring me the car. I had to contact XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I called him after Wednesday to report that I couldnt make it due to no money. XXXX stated it would be in my best interest to pick the car up Friday at XXXXXXXX XXXX which is Friday. Upon arrival security and supervisors were not prepared XXXX XXXX triggered me. My son and I had to rush to our XXXX. The trip up was {$110.00} plus tip. There are so many issues when my car was picked up I had just got an oil change and due to the transmission leak. I was encouraged to get oil changes. My car has XXXX miles, but I had got an oil change XX/XX/XXXX the mileage was XXXX miles and the anticipated oil change date was XX/XX/XXXX. My XXXX XXXX XXXX son was with me. He looks XXXX. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THEY USED THE LOW XXXX to get back at me for the misunderstanding. XXXX XXXX called XXXX XXXX where she escorted me over to redemption. Then, XXXX XXXX answered my question inappropriately. Then, a XXXX woman that they wouldnt give me name appeared. She treated me horrible. The lady says she can whoop my XXXX and charges at me. I got in the boxing stance to let her know I wasnt scared. After my exchange XXXX tries to calm me down, but it isnt working. XXXX XXXX expressed that his mom has XXXX but she can controls hers and doesnt spit on people. I didnt do it intentionally I told my medicine and I was spraying it and I was praying. XXXX XXXX was the supervisor. I had an emergency tooth extraction, my son didnt have on a coat on, and no money. XXXX should have did what he needed and Toyota Omni. It was expressed that it was never reported that there was a lien release and taking the car. I have been sick all day until the present moment of XXXXXXXX XXXX and this was done in front of my son. XXXX didnt tell me no kids. He said I had to have a license and the drivers plate. Now, my car is off and in the hood at XXXXXXXX XXXX, so if someone steals what left of my car then what?
