I called my lender, Carrington Mortgage, to verify my first payment was not due until XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX and the representative said they never promised me that. When I told her I talked to many agents stating the first due date of my mortgage after the loan modification was on XX/XX/XXXX, she claimed I was lying and that agreement was from my previous lender. I have attached the email from Carrington saying when my first mortgage payment is after the loan modification and the letter they sent claiming that I owed from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX. They also said they would change my mortgage interest rate from 2.78 % to whatever the current rate was, when I told them they could not do that, they put me on hold. I will have to file for bankruptcy to get away from these people.
