we purchased our car XX/XX/2023, we have made all payments and the amount will go down but go right back up the next month. it's like we have made no payments. We financed it for {$16000.00} and the current payoff as of today XX/XX/2023 is XXXX. We have only reduced the amount by {$100.00} in XXXX months. This is over doing it. If we are even a day late due to paydays we get hounded by phone calls. We should have paid more than that. When we bought the car we were told the drivers headlight would be replaced due to it collecting water and causing bulbs to blow. When I went to set up the fix I was told the person who told me no longer works for the company and no one has made any attempt to fix it. my main concern is the loan itself. this needs to be adressed because consumer portfolio is ripping people off badly.
