From XXXX of XXXX until XXXX of XXXX there was a charge on my Netspend card for {$21.00} from XXXX fitness that I did not authorize. I was unaware of this charge because I didn't have any way to review the charges, I was without access to internet or electronic devices from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX my son was killed, around XXXX when I returned to work, was when I started going through my affairs and saw the charge. I contacted both EOS fitness, who advised there was nothing they could do, and to contact my bank. I reached out to Netspend and placed the charges in dispute. My dispute was denied due to not being able to recognize the charges ahead of time.
