Dear CFPB, I am a XXXX XXXX in the state of Florida And I am currently the victim of a scam and fraud committed by synchrony bank care credit. I have asked this company for 10 months to send me paper statements and they have never complied. When they finally sent one statement for XX/XX/2023 I noticed they were automatically charging me a late fee of {$41.00} a month when in fact my payment was never late. They are also in violation of refusing to send me my statement probably knowing I would see the scam. When I call their customer service they said they could only remove XXXX late fees of the XXXX fees they charged me. I am asking for all late fees to be removed and that I begin receiving a paper statement every month. Acct ends XXXX
