XXXX XXXX was totaled in XX/XX/XXXX. I have repo fees that were added to my account twice and the interest wasn't adjusted until XX/XX/XXXX when the contract states that in the even of a not at fault total loss, the interest would be reduced. It wasn't reduced till XXXX. I asked for a proof of the payments to repo company. I was overcharge by Prestige on repo fees. I'm requesting proof of what company they paid and amount. I never received the documents.
