This is in regards to a missing direct deposit from my employer that was sent on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$4700.00}. This direct deposit was never credited to my account. Furthermore, it was not rejected and returned to my employer. I have used the same routing number and account number since I opened the card in XXXX of XXXX. This can be verified by looking at my past direct deposits that I have received every two weeks from the same employer with no issues. After speaking with multiple representatives it has been determined that the routing number I have always used belongs to XXXX XXXX XXXX When my account was first opened the prepaid card from netspend was issued through XXXX, which then became XXXX XXXX. At some point XXXX took over and they changed the routing number and modified the account number without my knowledge. My paychecks still came on time every two weeks with out delay with the old information. Again this can be confirmed by looking at my previous deposits. Unfortunately on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX my direct deposit never arrived. I have been told by my payroll department that it was sent and received without rejection. They have provided me with the trace number for this transaction, which is XXXX, however Netspend still claims they never received it. They also refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor, always saying none are available. I need my paycheck either credited to my account or sent back to my employer. At this point theyve basically stolen {$4700.00}.
