There are various different false collections and auto loans that happen to be appearing onto my credit report and I would like to get them removed... There is XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX that was opened XX/XX/2020 that I was not aware of until just recently when I tried to acquire things with credit and saw that my score had dropped tremendously throughout the past few month with out me noticing because I was trying to build it and not spend any credit for the time being as I saved for a home. It turns out the XXXX was repossessed from whoever was the owner but for some reason my credit and consumer report were attacked. I had my information breached onto the XXXX XXXX a few years back but I had no clue it could get this serious. There is also a collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX and the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which I would assume is an apartment complex. Thing is i've never lived in this complex it seems like maybe my information may have been falsely used. When i call the complex to ask about proof of Me being the person who signed ( knowing that i wasnt ) they never send me any documentation saying that I was the one who signed a contract ... because I didnt.. I would really like to get both of these removed from my credit and consumer report as its been hindering me from finally getting the home i was ready to put a down payment on and various other things that require credit.
