I have repeatedly asked this company, Carrington Mortgage, to produce the Wet Inc. signature note that my hand signed on that closing day, the same closing day my hand signed that signature on that fraudulent contract that was vitricated in fraud, because it is a unilateral gratuitous contract that I was made a commendation party to didnt receive any money, but my private information was shared during this. I never gave express prior permission to do so identity theft. This company Carrington Mortgage never hired any lawyers like they said they did. They are not even on the foreclosure proceedings at all, so I ask you, Carrington or XXXX XXXX, since XXXX XXXX XXXX has confessed, they have no equitable interest in the mortgage, or have no say so, but they were the only company listed on the foreclosure. Proceedings must mean that its complete fraud. No one has the notes if anybody had him, he would be the investors in the totally worthless mortgage back securities that this judge of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX doesnt have an oath of office is protecting. And this is been going on for over a year. This torture you and your company has caused my mother so much stress. She had an early death here in XXXX directly related to what youve done to me and my family over the last amount of five years I bought my way out of the last foreclosure of your fraudulent mess youve put me in a lost my truck Ive lost my business.
