Around XX/XX/2023 I had closed my XXXX master card account due to fraud charges that kept happening every month the reason why I had closed the account is because these fraud charges that happened on my card kept happening over and over again even about XXXX months or longer before I had closed the account every time I seen these charges on my card I would file a complaint and have them send out a new card with a new number and I wouldnt even use the card they would send me and then all over again the same charges would happen this happened over and over again where several charges from XXXX XXXX and XXXX would show up on my transactions sometimes these transactions happened several times in XXXX day after the next, the company then refunded me the money for the claim but after it kept happening they quit refunding me when they know it was fraud from previous claims filed so when it kept happening and I wasnt giving the number out to no one with the new cards given but the charges kept appearing on my transactions. Now Ive closed the account and every month I make the minium payment and the XXXX master card company keeps putting late fees on me when I pay it on time with the app then they will call me and harassing me saying the payment wasnt made but I know it was and it was done on their app. Even when these charges kept happening I would go on the app to download the statements but they would not be available on my account and on the app. I feel the someone in their company is doing the fraud and making the charges on my cards because it keeps happening when a new card is sent out and the only ones with the number is me and them and if I aint making these charges then someone in their end has to be doing it. They still have not refunded my money for the last claim I filed, and they keep putting more charges on the accout when its been closed for several months.
