I take my credit very seriously and set up autopay with Aidvantage early on, before the forbearance ended. Received confirmation on XX/XX/ that my payment was received then several days later I received a notice that my account was overdue. I could not figure out what happened. Eventually I found within my account that my payment had been reversed. I tried to make a separate larger payment and then the same thing happened. I then deleted my banking information and re added it thinking I could have entered my account incorrectly or something. But yet again after it processed I received a thanks for your Payment email but then found it was reversed again. Im very frustrated because I feel Im being unfairly charged interest/fees when Im just trying to pay. I also want to take advantage of the .25 % interest reduction for autopay. Lastly I have mailed a check and hopefully it will work. This is the same bank account Ive had for decades I recently had autopay on a car loan and use it for credit cards and it was even the same one that I had for fed loan for the same loans before all these serviced charges happened. This is pretty ridiculous and causing me undue frustration. I have tried calling and just witnessed a long wait and never talked to anyone. I emailed and never got anything back.
