Consumer Narrative
I received a mortgage in 2002 from countrywide home loans. I am aware of the securitization scheme and the mortgage was sold several times without my consent or knowledge. The mortgage then went into foreclosure and I was not given full disclosure and i suffered much injury loss and damage that has been life threatening to my livelihood. I sent XXXX XXXX indenture trustee all the information regarding the foreclosure along with a XXXX and an international bill of exchange along with the deed to my property. XXXX XXXX is in breach of the trust and never returned back to me my securities I sent them. I now remain homeless and I am still yet to receive compensation. This is the letter I sent : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Countrywide Home Loans XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas XXXX Defendant This notice is regarding account No. XXXX XXXX to the foreclosure on the home at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Kentucky XXXX that is admitting that you possessed the note. Its an admission that the bank has the obligation to perform. By foreclosing you accepted a security, its rights of recourse are XXXX under the XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, and therefore the bank owes me. i hold the security interest in the note. ( my credit ) i hold the security interest in the mortgage too. The bank entered it as a debit to their assets-meaning an increase in assets. XXXX XXXX XXXX, i signed the mortgage it's my security. You have an obligation to perform on the security by exchanging it for equal value. Is it the banks policy to transfer actual cash value from the alleged borrower to the bank and then return it back as a loan, knowing the bank received the funds from the alleged borrower for free to transfer actual cash value from the alleged borrower to the bank and then keep the funds as the banks property. Was it the banks intent to receive actual cash value from the borrower? You have breached written agreements and the use of false and misleading advertising act without written permission to authorization and without the borrower 's knowledge. By having failed to return the securities or give me equal value such as release of the mortgage, you have committed SECURITIES AND TAX FRAUD. The books will show you never paid taxes on the gain. Where is my value? Show me the tax forms that declared it at a taxable gain since you've construed that i abandoned the property.
