My ID is spelled wrong for my last name so chase held my money. I did a mobile deposit on an insurance check and Chase claimed that they didnt have a verifiable number for the company to deposit the check. So they held it for 10 days and kept my money and closed my account. They are now holding my money after a year. This happened XX/XX/2022. The amount is XXXX. Ive called over 15 representatives and went to their headquarters and not one person assisted me on where to go to get my money.
