I was texted by a number claiming to be chase fraud about two transactions on my account. I then received a call claiming to be Chase Bank fraud so I followed all instructions and they told me we were closing my accounts and transferring all my money into new accounts so once I transferred {$25000.00} to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account I checked my accounts and there were no new accounts so I hung up and called chase and they informed me it was not them who called me. Chase Bank was unable to recover the funds and denied my claim when this is definite fraud.
