Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/23 I didn't know that a creditor placed a legal freeze and hold on both of my checking accounts and my daughter XXXX XXXX highschooler checking account. All of my money was taken and my daughter had nearly {$600.00} taken from hers. We could not pay bills, get gas, get food, pay our car notes, car insurance, and other things. My daughter is innocent and did not owe that old debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The bank refused to give her back her money. This is not fair. I could mlnot pay for my XXXX and XXXX medication. My daughter needs her momey back! Bank of America did not notify us about a legal freeze ahead of time. A letter was posted to both of our accounts the day after the freeze on XXXX. My daughter worked for her wages and should get her wages back to her account. Bank og America sees her paycheck from.XXXX XXXX that is direct deposited to her account.
