In XX/XX/2023 XXXX unauthorized charges totaling {$7300.00} appeared on my Care Credit accounts ( owned by Synchrony Bank ). I disputed the charges in writing and they were removed from my accounts. However, in XX/XX/2023 XXXX new unauthorized charges totaling {$7300.00} appeared on my Care Credit accounts, described as " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. '' I again disputed the charges in writing, but this time Care Credit did not post temporary credits for the unauthorized charges, and instead they falsely reported artificially inflated credit utilization rates of 98 % and 99 % to the credit bureaus, thereby lowering my credit scores significantly. In XX/XX/2023, as a result of the artificially lowered credit scores, Synchrony lowered the credit limit on my PayPal Mastercard from {$4000.00} to {$1900.00}, citing the ( false ) data Synchrony itself was reporting on my Care Credit accounts.
